Challenge

The website feels a bit unclear overall, especially when it comes to understanding what services are being offered. Sections like "How it Works" and "The Hub" are tricky to navigate, and it’s not immediately obvious what the company actually does or how it can help. Adding a simple tool where colleagues can explain services clearly and communicate directly with clients would make things much smoother and more user-friendly.


Solutions

My solution as a designer was to create the Issoria website to help businesses connect with change experts and provide tools to make managing transitions easier. The updated homepage looks fresh and modern, with a clear focus on their services and great visuals. However, it’s still not entirely clear what all their services are about, and navigating the site can feel a bit tricky. Adding something new, like a simple tool for colleagues to explain services or chat with clients directly, would make the site much more user-friendly.


Overview

In a recent sprint project with a tight deadline, we redesigned Issoria's website to enhance user experience and clarify their service offerings. The updated site now features a modern, streamlined homepage with clear sections detailing services like "Delivery," "Development," and "Data, Tools, & AI." We also improved navigation to make it more intuitive. Additionally, we integrated a tool called "The Hub," providing colleagues with a platform to explain services and communicate more effectively. These changes aim to make the site more user-friendly and informative for clients and team members alike.


Outcome

We gave Issoria’s website a clear and easy to use design. Services are now easier to understand, and "The Hub" helps colleagues explain things and communicate better.
