The challenge was creating a fresh, welcoming website that aligned with the brand while making services clear and easy to explore. It lacked smooth navigation, clear calls-to-action, and readability. Some content felt cluttered, key details like testimonials didn’t stand out, and long pages made browsing tiring.

Solutions

We have improved how users navigate the website by adding a prominent title on the homepage that immediately informs new visitors about the company. We have also ensured there are clear call-to-action buttons to guide users effectively.

Intentionally, we have left images partially visible to encourage users to scroll down and discover more about the company. Our goal is to provide clear information that allows users to compare other companies and understand the benefits of working with Aura.

Additionally, we have reduced the number of clicks needed to access key information, making the website more user-friendly. The website is fully responsive on both mobile and desktop devices and is also optimised for SEO.

Outcome

The client loved our approach because we didn’t start from scratch. Instead, we kept ideas from the old website and improved the user experience using their existing work (case studies). Additionally, we added a video explaining all their services, along with clear copy and strong calls to action.
